The ra77 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ra77. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of ra77.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ra77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ra77 Platform.
ra77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall ra77's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ra77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ra77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where no breach has been established following investigation, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your ra77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and ra77, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ra77's customer support team. ra77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
ra77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ra77 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the ra77 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
